George McConnell, Patriot of the Revolutionary War was born in 1735 in Ireland. He was married to Eva McConnell. McConnell died August 30, 1793 in Dauphine county Pennsylvania. McConnell’s military service included state service in Pennsylvania.

DAR members are mothers, professionals, educators, students, historians, genealogists, homemakers, and more! With almost 3,000 chapters throughout the world, and with over 165,000 members, DAR is one of the largest women’s organizations in the world.
Any woman is eligible for membership who is no less than eighteen years of age and can prove lineal descent from an ancestor who aided in achieving American independence.
